Buttery Lemon Garlic Green Beans

Serves: 4

1 lb Komienski fresh green beans, trimmed & snapped
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves minced garlic
2 pinches pepper
Dash of salt
Slice of lemon or 1 tsp lemon juice

In a large pot, bring water to a boil.  Place green beans and boil for 6 minutes.  Strain beans.  In a skillet add butter and garlic until it sizzles.   Add green beans, cook and stir, 2-3 minutes.  Season with pepper and salt.  Sprinkle with squeezed lemon or lemon juice.
