Sweet & Easy Corn on the Cob

Total: 15 mins

Serves: 6

6 ears Komienski Corn on the Cob, husks & silk removed
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Slivers of butter
Salt to taste

In a large pot, fill it with ¾ full of water and bring to a boil.  Stir in sugar and lemon juice.   Place ears of corn into boiling water, cover the pot and turn off the heat.  Let the corn cook in the hot water until tender, about 10 minutes.   Remove and place slivers of butter on each cob and add salt if desired.  Enjoy!
